Hi, I am Ling, Miao Miao's Mama.

Since Miao Miao was born, I have been trying different ways to get her interested in learning Chinese. So far, I found that singing and dancing is the easiest way, as she absolutely loves to sing and dance.

With that in mind, "Sing Along With Miao Miao" was born. I created this book out of my deepest love and hope for my children, so they can learn and speak my mother language. And I am honored to share this with all of you, I want to show you how much fun it can be to learn a new language. As I firmly believe that everyone can learn Chinese, especially when singing and dancing are involved.

This book has our favorite songs from both China and America. It sings in mandarin Chinese, with both English and Chinese lyrics, so no need to worry even if you don't have any Chinese background. Within the lyrics, every Chinese character comes with Pinyin (the alphabetic pronunciation), very easy to follow, you will find yourself and your little ones singing in Chinese in no time.
